Mr. Pugatch practices in both state and federal court with a focus on insolvency law, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy reorganization. Mr. Pugatch also represents Trustee’s and other fiduciaries along with a wide variety of business clients’ in connection with their litigation and transactional needs.
Originally from Coral Springs, Florida, Mr. Pugatch attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Men’s Music Fraternity and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. After receiving his B.A. he obtained his J.D. in 2003, graduating cum laude from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law.
