Riley W. Cirulnick
Originally from Miami, Florida, Riley W. Cirulnick attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with honors in 1996. Mr. Cirulnick then attended the University of Florida College of Law where he served on the Florida Law Review and received his Juris Doctorate with honors in May, 2000. During his time in law school, Mr. Cirulnick also served as a law clerk to the
Honorable Arthur M. Birken. Mr. Cirulnick practices in both state and federal courts with a focus on complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate litigation, appeals, equipment leasing, bankruptcy, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Cirulnick has additionally tried cases in Circuit Court, County Court, United States District Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Cirulnick joined the firm in 2009 and has been practicing in South Florida since 2000.
