Jennifer Gordon practices with the firm of Wood Phillips in Chicago and acts as Of Counsel to Lorium Law, serving as local Illinois Counsel for the firm and serving our clients in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property, Data Privacy & Security. Jennifer is a Partner at the firm of Wood Phillips in Chicago. Her practice is focused on intellectual property and related litigation, as well as data privacy and security for individuals and business entities of all sizes. Jennifer has represented clients in many industries, including tech startups, software design and implementation, food services, advertising and marketing, agriculture, and logistics. Jennifer has secured trademark and copyright protection for both business and individual clients and has successfully litigated on behalf of clients in both pursuing and defending infringement claims. Jennifer also assists clients in conducting audits of their intellectual property portfolios and constructing strategies for the protection of their intellectual property and the security of their valuable information.

Jennifer has litigated intellectual property and related matters in the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Florida, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Eastern District of Arkansas, as well as state court matters.

Jennifer received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and her undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jennifer has been selected as a Rising Star Lawyer several times, a designation representing the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. She has practiced law since 2009 and has always resided in the Chicagoland area with her family. In addition to her practice, Jennifer provides pro bono legal services on environmental issues via the Chesapeake Legal Alliance in Annapolis, Maryland.
