Lloyd focuses his practice on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Lloyd began his career in litigation at Gibson Dunn in New York, working in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation, as well as internal and government investigations. After leaving to work at a legaltech startup, Lloyd returned to private practice at Smith Gambrell in Atlanta with the goal of providing top-notch transactional legal advice, which he continues at Lorium.

Lloyd received his undergraduate degree in Economics at Emory University and his law degree at Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He has returned to Atlanta, where he lives in Midtown with his foster dogs.
