Richard maintains a general commercial litigation and transaction practice handling a multitude of business and contract disputes with an emphasis on creditor’s rights. He has considerable experience representing numerous local and national lending institutions as well as loan purchasing and loan servicing companies and protects their interests throughout the State of Florida. In addition, Richard has extensive experience in the area of equipment leasing and commercial lending and represents and protects the interests of clients located throughout the country.
