Whitney Anderson

Whitney S. Anderson concentrates her practice at Lorium Law in the areas of creditor rights and employment & labor law. Prior to joining Lorium, Ms. Anderson practiced at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., where she focused on general liability defense. Before entering private practice, Whitney worked in the insurance industry as a Property Underwriter with Gen Re, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where she developed strong analytical, contract interpretation, and risk-assessment skills that now inform her legal advocacy.

Ms. Anderson earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she received Book Awards in Immigration Law and Employment Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. Ms. Anderson is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Ms. Anderson supports her community as a Woman of Gilda’s Club South Florida and committee member for the 2025 Gilda’s Club 5K. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and following NFL football.
